Selling access to articles on the site - do I need to register an individual entrepreneur? What are the options for legal sales without IP?

For now, I'm just going to try to sell access to my own paid articles on my own site.
Naturally, it doesn’t even occur to me to register as an Individual Entrepreneur (IP) for this, because it’s not known whether this business will go or not, what volumes and profits, etc.
Those who say in style: "What are they afraid of, take shape and sleep peacefully. You will only pay, for example, according to the simplified tax system 6% of income" - please remember the rest of the deductions to the PFR, etc., which can reach 2 per month thousand roubles. - in the case of a deliberately unknown case - these are losses at the very first time.
According to our legislation, any kind of activity aimed at systematic profit making is entrepreneurship. And not formalized entrepreneurship - these are two articles, one of them is criminal. Times are changing, I see many have been "bugged".
The question is, are there options without registering an IP? Are there any agency contracts? And all those who sell applications in the AppStore are IPs? I do not believe )

Judging by the fact that you do not have an individual entrepreneur or LLC, your site is small and you will not sell much. And for 2 rubles, the tax will not run after you.
But if you are paranoid, you can write on the site that the articles are not for sale, but only those users who have made a donation to develop the site as a non-commercial project can have access to them.
And if it brings at least 50k / month, then I don’t see any obstacles in registering an individual entrepreneur.

No one will "bug" you for trying for a few months, especially if during this period you honestly then decide to pay 13% as an individual (why "bug" you if you already gave 2 times more than an individual entrepreneur on "simplified")
