IP and PayPal. How to use when selling over the hill?

PayPal has a button in Russian - "register as a company." And they seem to have a license from the Central Bank. I'm thinking, is it really possible to organize everything cleanly and whitely? With online cash desks in Russian for non-residents, with currency control, and everything else that is required by law for individual entrepreneurs, for accepting payments from physicists and lawyers, both from their PayPal accounts, and through the tools offered by a stick (for example, a card).
It’s expensive, of course, it seems like 5% for accepting a payment, plus about 3-4% for converting, plus about 3-4% for an unfavorable exchange rate, in total about 12% remains in PayPal, add here the costs of an online cash register and currency control papers, there will probably already be about 18% of expenses even before taxes are paid, but I don’t see other potentially neat IPv alternatives at all (although I would be glad to know about their availability). But for starters, at least with PayPal, organize everything neatly according to IP.

I tried to open an account for an individual entrepreneur ... I was simply amazed at the buggy of the system and support ...
Everything started fine ... End of April ... Filled in the data - sent, received an invoice with "Access to your account is limited."
Received a letter that you need to add data and a link. I click on the link, login / password - "the system is not available."
I write in support (I describe the situation) - an unsubscribe comes from the FAQ, such as if you did not find the answer - write an answer to this letter ...
I re-describe the situation - an unsubscribe comes again, but it’s clear that the person wrote, but it’s clear that he didn’t even delve into it ... I re-describe the situation - the unsubscribe comes again ... and so on several times ... As a result, an offer to call. I call - I re-describe the situation - they say yes, we see the problem and send it to the technical department, they will contact you. The answer is duplicated in the letter.
Another company (I don’t write so as not to make advertising) set everything up during the day.
For the sake of interest, I check PAYPAL.
A month passes... silence. I try to log in - an error.
I want to delete an account. It turns out that while the account is not fully opened, it cannot be deleted)))
2 months have passed ... silence. I try to log in - it works !!))) I enter the data ... A letter arrives that I need some more documents. And a link)))
I go
I press "restart"
!!!
I'm calling ...))) A similar situation)))
Answer -

Your question has already been escalated to the technical department to eliminate barriers to uploading your data. Our specialists are working to resolve this issue. Once all settings on your account have been updated, you will receive an email notification and will be able to download the data seamlessly.

The first month has passed ... Silence ... I try to log in - an error ....

There, in 173-FZ "On currency regulation and currency control" there is this in Article 19.5:
Those. Apparently PayPal is just such a "factor" and it passes currency control on these transactions on its own behalf, and the client is considered to have fulfilled his obligations in the field of currency control. Those. currency control in the bank where PayPal transfers rubles is no longer necessary.
But it is clear that this is inaccurate, plus a ban on settlements with legal entities, plus a problem with cash registers when making settlements with individuals. Therefore, until practice is formed, you can only try to use this method in trial mode.

With the amount of hemorrhoids that PayPal brings to the life of individual entrepreneurs, I refused their services .... Because they constantly need to send some documents, confirm something, etc. I'm not ready to spend the best years of my life on them.

And that the stick suddenly had currency control?
The button to become a company has been around for centuries.

Do not mix concepts. Tax reporting is tax reporting. The license of the Central Bank is the license of the Central Bank. As an individual entrepreneur, you are strongly affected by the first and not so much by the second. Therefore, you need to think about this channel for receiving payments only in the context of "how will I report on income through this channel to the tax office." The second question is "how much is it more expensive than X".

You wrote about conversion and about currency control at the same time) The trick of this scheme is precisely that there is no currency control: when transferring to a r / s IP, everything is automatically converted into rubles.
I successfully completed the registration procedure with them (not difficult, but the number of forms hover a little brain), but have not yet accepted payments.
And, yes, you would clarify the business. It's just that if you make 1 "foreign" transfer in 3 months - this is one thing, but if dozens of payments per day - this is another.

mirosas Did you manage to figure out how to accept payments from Eureka?
And what if you sign a contract, issue an invoice to PayPal, and then let him pay like a physicist. But in the contract to prescribe, for example, somehow that the payer is such an email through the PayPal system, so that in extracts, registers it coincides with the contract.

Check the .htaccess file in the root of the site (if not, create it), or whatever you do there, it should contain the line
AddDefaultCharset utf8
I did it with
header("Content-type: text/html; charset=windows-1251") ;
at the beginning of the file in <?php ?>
Well then, just like this
// number
$num = 90;
echo mb_substr($code, $num, 1, 'UTF-8');
