My paypal is registered as Lithuanian and for some reason I can only withdraw to US bank accounts. I do this in the case of payoneer, but I also want to make myself able to withdraw usd from paypal to a card or Tinkov account in usd, the paypal functionality does not allow me to set a Russian bank as I already wrote, as well as mastercard as a card for withdrawing funds but only visa for some reason, but Tinkov has just a mastercard. It turns out I have two problems. Who faced how to solve?
I have two paypal prime accounts and a corporate one, a corporate one based on premier, if I change the address from Lithuanian to Russian in the corporate account through the support, will it help me withdraw money from the corporate account to the accounts of Russian banks? And why does paypal not allow you to withdraw money to a master card, but only to a visa? I have 3 cards linked to paypal, two Yandex money master cards in rubles and one Belarusian bank in Belarusian rubles Visa, so it just appears as a card to which I can withdraw, but of course this does not suit me

@Stalinko

So that the question does not hang unanswered:
No, you can’t.
PayPal in Russia converts all funds into rubles at its own rate with a commission of about 3.4%.
You cannot withdraw currency.
