Has anyone been able to link an alpha account to paypal?

It's an account, not a credit card.
I want to withdraw all the money before closing paypal, but the two amounts that paypal should transfer do not reach the account, I tried two different accounts. Waited more than 3 days in both cases.

If it starts with 42, it won't work.
