PayPal how to accept payments in dollars to a ruble account?

The fact is that I am a Merchant of the PayPal payment system, I use it to receive payments both from abroad and in Russia. Since the audience is 40% Western, the prices are clearly in dollars. On September 17, what everyone expected happened, Paypal began to support rubles. However, something completely unexpected happened, if the price is indicated in dollars, PayPal does not allow to pay from the ruble account, requiring that the amount be indicated in rubles. For some reason he himself can not convert.
Who faced such problem? And how to solve it, since the PayPal help does not give an answer.

No way.
He does not give from a ruble account (there is no such thing there), but from a resident of the Russian Federation - a resident of the Russian Federation does not allow to pay anything other than rubles.
Because settlements between residents of the Russian Federation according to the laws of the Russian Federation - only in rubles.

Everything is logical, and in which country the merchant account, in that currency, invoices are issued, and when paying, Paypal can already convert dollars into rubles.

We help to open and verify a legal PayPal business account in Georgia. It is better than Russian, Polish or Estonian. Citizenship doesn't matter. If you are interested in details - write.
