Is it possible to use wi-fi from mikrotik instead of built-in wi-fi?

There are 2 computers and 2 routers - groove GA-52HPacn. I want to get through from one computer to another at the maximum possible distance. It turns out I put one router on one computer and make it just an access point. I also put a router on the second computer. And I want to use this router on it instead of the built-in wi-fi (to increase the distance), can I do this and if so where to look at least or in which direction to dig?
