When connected via cable, sites open, when connected via Wi-Fi, why is that?

The question is the following:
When a laptop is connected to the march with a patch cord, all sites open, when connected via Wi-Fi from the same laptop, a number of sites do not open. From other devices via Wi-Fi, all sites open correctly. What could be causing the problem, what are the options?
