Which 4G/3G antenna to choose?

Hello! Question on the Internet in the country.
There is a HUAWEI E3372 modem stitched for any operator.
In the country, the situation is as follows: if the modem works in LTE mode, then the Internet speed is very bad, it barely reaches 1 Mbps per download, and it is very unstable.
When switching to 3G mode, the speed becomes much better up to 6-8Mbps at the peak.
Recommend specific antenna models for the best possible signal improvement and internet speed. Related question - if a 4G antenna doesn't significantly improve 4G internet speed, will the same antenna improve 3G speed?

Take this and insert a SIM card there, instead of a modem

Or if you need a built-in router (but the signal gain is less)

The most important thing is the operator. From my experience, Beeline and Yota
Yuota are generally on the verge, but you yourself understand why I chose it. Bought a 12 dB panel antenna. set it up and forget it for a couple of years.
4G was on the verge there, SNR 120 but signal strength 4
So the modem is poor after 10 Mbps, it just went into reboot, I had to limit the speed

There is an opinion that a lot of people hang on 4G, so regardless of the antenna, the speed will not be high there. And the most cunning ones who tried to switch to 3G are few, so the speed is high there.

Exactly in the same situation, even worse and with the same whistle - I connected an external antenna in the attic - I received 8 megabits incoming and 1 outgoing. I took "REMO BAS-2303 Ultra 3G 4G".
As practice has shown - even with a cable extension up to 5 meters - this device allows you to get a 4G base station OUTSIDE THE FOREST, 12 km away.
Keep in mind - if there is only one antenna - it is connected to the port on the modem that is closer to USB.
