I can’t get more than 40 megabits from wi-fi, is it really possible to increase it?

Connected to the Internet (Rostelecom), wired connection over 60 megabits. router ZTE ZXHN H118N. But on wi-fi it is not possible to get speeds over 40 megabits. Manipulations with the settings did not lead to a positive result (maybe I pressed the wrong one :) )
WI-Fi analyzer (or whatever it is right there), sees only one neighbor, and even then on a different channel ...
Is it possible to achieve higher speed from wi- fi?

The mode is set to 802.11n, width 40 Mhz, Beacon interval 1000, power 100%. The figure began to get closer to 55 megabits.
RTS and DTIM to the maximum ...
This is the speed we managed to achieve, this is wi-fi:

And this is wired transmission:

You are confusing Mbps and Mbps. The speed of this router is 300 Mbps. which means 37.5 MB / s. it no longer supports
ps if you want more speed - take https://market.yandex.ru/product/12430817?show-uid...
