How to set up IPTV from Rostelecom on OpenWRT?

The essence of the problem: the set-top box (Motorola VIP1003G) connected to the router, it seems, needs to be in the same VLAN with the cable from the provider, and access to the Internet. It turns out to turn it on in this way: cable to the LAN port, turning on the set-top box. It loads but no TV. The port to which the set-top box is connected is transferred to the VLAN with the WAN port. TV appears.

crutch my friend. crutch! and it will work the same way. Isn't it easier to plug a regular switch to the router?)

Good afternoon.
I'll write it here - as a friend it will come in handy because I did not find an answer on our Internet.
I have a router with OPENWRT at home, and so while I was on a business trip, in December 2016, the IPTV set-top box stopped loading.
VLAN with ID 3002 was configured for TV operation.
Upon arrival, I decided to restore work - Rostelecom technical support, as usual, carried all sorts of snowstorms, including the alleged change of ID to 3003.
Dancing with a tambourine ended in combining the WAN port with the IPTV port in the switch, without additional vlan.
Location Altai Territory, Barnaul.
So if you use your iron - reconfigure.
Good luck.
