How to add a command to Linux that will be executed at system startup?

Installed Manjaro (arch fork), but keyboard layout change does not work at startup.
You have to constantly do:

setxkbmap "us,ru" ",winkeys" "grp:alt_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll"

How can I make it run on startup?
