What software to use to provide a report on Internet use in a small company?

Currently using debian with iptables. For traffic filtering and port forwarding. But there was a task, to provide the report on users. The whole office sits on terminal servers and everyone goes through one gateway.
At the moment, traffic from the terminal is visible, and not from each user.
What do you advise?
