wifi not working in ac mode?
Hello. There is a PCI-adapter WiFi TP-Link Archer T6E. Windows 10 fails to enable 802.11ac. Although both the board and the router reliably support this protocol, and the router is configured correctly.

Support answered. Problem solved. I'll write a long post on the solution, suddenly someone needs it.
So, if the presence of the 802.11ac standard is not important, and the problem lies solely in the low speed of the TP-Link Archer T6E (AC1300) (a similar problem was on the T4E (AC1200)), then you need to get into the registry ( regedit.exe ), go to directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} , search for a device with the appropriate name and add the string parameter " Country ", then assign it the value " US ".
After restarting the computer, you should vary the channels in the router control menu starting from 52 and above.
If the problem of low speed has not been solved or you want to have exactly the 802.11ac standard, then you need
to remove the driver installed in the system (via the application menu), download the driver (it was sent by the support service) and install it according to this instruction.
The second option works for me only on channels strictly above 44. It might be worth implementing it right away. One way or another, you will most likely have to sort through the channels in the router control menu.
