Is it possible to use desktop scanner application in apach cordova if it is running on Windows?

I need to develop an application on apach cordova for iOS, Android and Windows (windows 10). When the application is running on Windows, it must interact with the scanner connected to the device. Any ideas how this can be implemented and is it possible in principle? You can consider the implementation option through JavaScript
