Is it possible to upgrade windows 10 build (from 1903 to 2004) if it was activated via KMSauto?
(Windows is licensed, but I had to activate it with kms, because when I entered the key, it didn’t want to be activated)

KMS is no different from the official key, you can upgrade without any problems.
