Is it possible to test geolocalization without installing a proxy agent or other software?

Let's say I did geolocalization, in cities on puff.
What is the easiest way for me to check it without calling friends from different cities?

What was the check based on? If based on IP, then you can specify "ip" from cookies in the test environment, for example (and manually drive any desired IP there). Or simply pass it through the get/post parameter.
This is a crutch, but I don’t see another option to work without proxies ...
Although, IMHO, it’s easier to install FriGate and drive your site through it
