Through the same wi-fi network + mtproxy with dd, Telegram does not work on MACOS and works on iOS?

Hello! Actually the question is in the title. I’m sitting under a corporate Wi-Fi through a laptop and a phone, on which the same connection is configured in the telegram to the same private MTProxy server of mine - the “connecting” stage goes through on the laptop and hangs on “updating”, everything loads and works on the iPhone. On the iPhone, I specifically turned off cellular data so that it would not help Wi-Fi due to the cellular connection. What could be the reason and how to get around the problem?

Today the same problem appeared for the first time. I'm on my home wi-fi network. Desktop Telegram under mac os stopped connecting (hanging in the "connection" status). And the App under ios in the same wi-fi network works normally. Rebooted the router and laptop - does not help. If you distribute wi-fi from a mobile phone to a laptop, the desktop Telegram connects properly.
