You can use "service" -> "rules and alerts" -> "New" -> "Check message upon receipt" -> check nothing (all messages will be selected by default) -> "Reply using (template)... Only first you will need to create a message template - we create an empty letter with the auto-reply text we need ,
after that we click on the large round Office button (top left), "Save As" -> Outlook Template.
