How to set up synchronization of Outlook rules?

Hello.
There is a task to set up synchronization of rules in Outlook on all devices. There are laptops, phones, tablets with folders, there are no problems, IMAP does a good job in this regard. What is needed is mail sorting rules. We use Gmail. Judging by the information in the great and omnipotent network and after the answer from Microsoft support, this action is almost impossible.
Interested in ALL options for solving this issue. As I understand it, somehow local rules must be set precisely at the server level, I did not find any solutions other than sometimes slipping mentions about Exchange. If this is the only solution, then could you push aside how to use it and what to cook it with?

Google itself has a shortcut and rules, set it up there, and imap will handle it
