Gmail - Spam Checker

There is a box which contains 100500 letters, on some part the spam filter has been trained.
Is it possible to run the spam filter again for already lying letters in the mailbox? You need to "comb out" spam.

Gmail does not learn from your specific letters for your specific mailbox, marking a letter as spam, you simply send it to the “common pot”, where it learns to recognize spam “in general” using some complex mechanisms that involve mathematical statistics and other evil spirits.
As for "restart". There is no such function.

"Filters" - <Desired filter> - "Edit" - "Next>>" - "Also apply filter to the following chains (n)" - Update filter.

Sync with Gromptica via imap, and run the spam filter there.
