How to set up an email client?

Good afternoon.
Our mail is on our server.
We have set up DKIM, SPF, DMARC and when sent from the mail.mysite.com web,
all emails sent by us are checked.
And when sent with outlook, thunderbird and similar programs, letters do not always reach the addressee
or are marked as spam, or simply not marked as a letter that has passed DKIM, SPF, DMARC checks.
Because the Received: from field contains the ip of the computer from which the mail was sent, and not the ip of the mail server.
Tell me, please, what and where to configure or where to read about it?

Make sure that smtp authorization is enabled on mail clients and that the PTR record is correctly configured on the mail server host.

For Exim, you need to change received_header_text, like this: https://blog.regolit.com/2012/11/20/paranoid-outgo...

received_header_text = Received: \
 ${if !def:authenticated_id \
   {${if def:sender_rcvhost \
     {from $sender_rcvhost\n\t} \
     {${if def:sender_ident {from ${quote_local_part:$sender_ident} }}${if def:sender_helo_name {(helo=$sender_helo_name)\n\t}}}}\
     }}\
     by $smtp_active_hostname \
     ${if def:received_protocol {with $received_protocol}} \
     ${if def:tls_cipher {($tls_cipher)\n\t}}\
     (Exim $version_number)\n\t\
     id $message_exim_id

This is called "masquerading" and is configured on the mail server you are sending from. Generally a feature from standard, well for sendmal at least.
