Is it possible to set Vim (or NeoVim) to have the same rich color scheme as Atom?

Whatever topic you set, it is inferior to others in any editors, it does not highlight everything.

The theme or rather the color scheme is responsible only for the colors. It states, for example, that the numbers will be blue. And the definition of what to consider as a number is handled by plugins. Look for something along the lines of "vim plugin for javascript syntax highlighting". In addition, I do not consider the Atom highlighting example to be successful:
