Is it possible to set up the pronunciation of the caller's number through the speakers?

Asterisk 11 pbx is used as a home PBX on debian 8. Speakers are connected to the computer on which Asterisk is installed via a 3.5 connector. I would like to make it so that when an external call comes in, the caller's number is spoken through the speakers. By analogy, as do phones with caller ID.

find a console utility that can push a bunch of sound files into the output device
and call it from the dialplan using app_System or func_Shell
