Is it possible to send an individual program to "sleep"?
The task is this. There is a program that cannot be closed, but I would not want to keep the PC turned on. You can put the PC into sleep mode, the program will "keep running" (I understand that in fact it does not work, this is not necessary) The most important thing is that it does not need to be launched again when we turn on the PC.
As I understand it, Windows merges everything that is in the RAM to the disk and turns off the power. When the computer is taken out of sleep, then everything is sent from the disk to the RAM and we continue to work, thus the programs have already been deployed and their launch is not required, just what is needed.
Question. Is there a program that could pull one program out of the RAM, write it to disk, and then I completely turn off the PC or reboot, and then load the deployed program from the disk into the RAM and it works?

First, you are confusing sleep and hibernation. Secondly, no. You can't do that.
You can create memory dumps. Dig there.
In Windows, it is supported by the task manager. It all depends on the application, most often it falls apart when loading.
I think it's possible.
According to the schedule, it doesn't matter how to send the computer to hibernation (it's safer to just turn it off). Enable by schedule from the BIOS or by a package on the network adapter. Further, the program is already in working condition or run it with the necessary parameters.
