You can, of course, ask your provider, but it is unlikely that you will be allowed to substitute an arbitrary number when calling on someone else's phone.
For our employees involved in customer service, we solved this issue by sending an SMS with a number simultaneously with call forwarding.
Substitute the trunk number in the packet header in the Diversion field (aka Callerid (rdnis)), and insert the required incoming number in the Callerid (ani) field. This practice is not prohibited by law, but you will have to agree on its implementation with the provider.
