There are two networks, the first one is 192.168.1.1-254;. Second 10.0.1.1-254; sip telephony is provided by Rostelecom, there is a number, logins and passwords.
The first network has the Internet and soft backgrounds and sip phones with the prescribed settings work.
There is no Internet in the second network, but you need to receive calls through a softphone.
How to solve the issue?

Screw the routing of IP packets between networks, if there is no such option - put some asterisk with a simple dialplan as a gateway.
