Is it possible to run RDP through a proxy?

Actually a subject.
Are there any ways / applications for chrome / third-party clients or something else to make the terminal work through an opaque proxy?

It is possible, there are several options:
1. Set up port forwarding on the proxy itself
2. Use a soxifier locally
3. Raise an additional proxy with port forwarding through the main proxy. For example, in 3proxy
auth iponly
allow *
parent 1000 connect+ proxy_ip proxy_port proxy_login proxy_password
tcppm -ilocal_address 33389 target_ip 33389 connect
RDP client to local_address:33389.

And what's the problem with setting up a proxy, if necessary - with port forwarding? It has been done for a long time and works.
