Is it possible to run Chrome applications without the browser itself?

Is it possible to run Chrome applications without installing the browser itself? Such as: Google keep or Google Music.

When I can’t find it in a search engine, I go to Github. In this case, I did the same, and oddly enough, there are versions for all OSes.
