How to install an extension for all users at once in Chrome?

Google Chrome has a division into users. I use it to work on various projects. But sometimes it becomes necessary to install an extension in the browser, and do it for all users (all projects) at once. I can't figure it out, is this even real? Or will it be necessary to switch under each user and install separately?

No. You don't need to switch. The extension is placed in the user's folder. You need to move the user's profile folder, for example, to drive D
And run chrome through the console, or add these parameters to the chrome shortcut
C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --user-data -dir="D:\PROFILEDIR"
Or add this to the chrome
shortcut --user-data-dir="D:\PROFILEDIR"
