Is it possible to restore the software part of Extreme Summit x480-48T?

There is a problem with this Extreme Summit x480-48T switch series. After launch, I connect and monitor via the COM port (using Putty, minicom).
It is possible to boot into BootRom, reset the settings to default (standard). But it is not possible to load further, the process of decompressing is going on .... and so it constantly reboots in a cycle.
Please tell me if it is possible in this case to update or reinstall the software part? BootRom does not have the ability to enter the download image command.
