Is it possible to reset a user's password in the WinServ2008 snap-in without any problems?

There is a server in the cloud. Everyone connects to it via RDP. There people work in 1C. There they have their own accounts and rights. The point is that you just need to make sure that they all have their passwords changed. There are 2 options to do this, you can connect from a user account and change the password. Or log in as an administrator and conveniently reset all passwords. Here. 5c9737331d0a7659968389.jpeg
It crashes like this. 5c973756675e5634853627.jpeg
The help says that you need a reset disk. And what about resetting blah blah blah.

You can discard. If the user simply connects via RDP and simply opens the 1C shortcut, then there will be no problems.
Typically, such warnings appear in case the user has encrypted files. If they don't exist, then just ignore them.
