How to transfer all data from one server to another, if the first one falls?

Greetings. There are two remote servers, there is no physical access to them. One server has CENTOS, nginx, apach, msql and a corporate portal. If this server crashes, what options are there to transfer, restore all data to another empty server, without loss?

If downtime is critical, a backup server is needed.
If the downtime is not critical - just raise it from the backup.

After a hard fall of the OS - no way, in the general case.
Well, except to connect with a remote console external to the OS - these are provided by hosters if you have VDS there

It makes sense to place everything in containers (virtual machines), and on the server itself there is only a minimal system. Virtual machines are easily backed up, transferred and restored later.
