Is it possible to replace DDR3 4GB 1600 with DDR3 8GB 1333?

Good evening, Connoisseurs)
Kindly tell me, there is an Intel Pentium B950 laptop with
DDR3 1333 RAM (Real frequency 667) DRAM:FSB ratio 20:3 for 8 gigs
and a new Core i3 laptop with
DDR3 1600 RAM (Real frequency 800) DRAM ratio: FSB 24:3 for 4
gigs So I want to pull out 8 gigs from the old one and insert it into the new one - will this miracle work without consequences?) and is it worth it?)
PS:
And in addition - question 2
Will a 4 gig bar work with 1600 frequency on an old laptop? with a frequency of 1333

@dimonchik2013

it will be if it is supported by the specification of the motherboard and processor - see the dock to the laptop
if it is not supported - as lucky, it can and will
