What RAM and how to make friends with Ryzen 1600 and MSI B350 Tomahawk Plus?

MSI B350 Tomahawk Plus
Supported RAM frequencies: 1866 / 2133 / 2400 / 2667 (OC) / 2933 (OC) / 3200 (OC)+ MHz
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Max. memory speed: 2667 MHz
Opinions from the Internet:

For Ryzen better RAM on Samsung chips

2-rank RAM is better for Ryzen

Better B-die RAM for Ryzen

For Ryzen, the higher the frequency of the RAM, the better

Questions:
1.
MP supports RAM starting from 2667 only OverClock
But how is it in practice?
If the RAM is with a frequency of 2667, then the MP will work at this frequency only if you manually set it in the BIOS, indicating also a certain voltage and timings? Is this called overclocking RAM? Or MP will be able to adjust itself to the desired frequency?
2.
On the off site msi there is a list of RAM that have been tested with this board.
Quite often on the Internet there are the above opinions about chips, etc.
But in theory, if I order any memory from the list of tested ones, then it should work at the declared frequency, regardless of the chip, rank, etc.
Right?
3.
Like max. memory speed (MBP), in the characteristics of the processor, affects the frequency of the RAM?
In this case, the MBP is 2667 MHz
. What if the RAM frequency is higher? How and what will it affect?
I often saw on the Internet that the RAM was overclocked to frequencies significantly higher than the MBP of the processor
And it is recommended to set the maximum high-frequency memory for Ryzen
But after all, the MBP of this processor is 2667 MHz
UPD
The answer to my 3rd question I saw in another toast
UPD 01.12.2018
As a result, I installed Kingston HyperX Predator RAM [ HX432C16PB3K2/8] 8 GB (3200 MHz)
Started immediately at 2400 MHz, xmp profiles did not work.
And just recently I updated the bios and xmp profiles are working, and now the memory is working as expected 3200 MHz

@Shinso

Well, I can only tell my situation, I have a b350 mortar motherboard, a Ryzen 1600 processor, and a G.Skill DDR4-3200 F4-3200C16D-16GVKB RAM, which is declared suitable on the motherboard manufacturer's website, but after assembling all this, it worked for me at 2400 MHz , well, here it should also be noted that such RAMs randomly come across both on both Samsung and Hynix chips, I came across Hynix, recently I tried to overclock it and literally by changing one setting in the BIOS, it now works for me at the declared 3200 MHz.
