I ordered a mini-itx case with an external power supply in the kit, later I saw that there was no adapter in the kit to connect the motherboard. those. just a power supply with a 5.5mm x 2.5mm laptop plug. Please tell me what is the name of such an adapter, where can I buy or how to google?

PicoPSU they are called. They come with a separate converter board that will need to be fixed inside the case or a board combined with a 24pin connector inserted into the motherboard.
Also check if there is a separate hole in the case for the power supply connector - the description says that only motherboards with a 12 volt power supply are supported
