The computer beeps when turned on (long and endless beeping), how to fix it?

The computer worked in a stable state, but when the drive was connected, the computer stopped starting and started beeping constantly, the beeping goes on for a long time and endlessly, why is that? And how to solve this?

If the hard is turned off, then everything becomes ok? There is an opinion that the power supply is not enough, so they squeak.

If the BIOS beeps, then this is a system signal indicating a malfunction of the power supply or overheating of the computer. Since you just started, therefore, there can be no overheating. Try to disconnect the drive or check the extension cord with a socket; it can also happen that there is a short somewhere and not enough voltage is supplied.
