Is it possible to rent a Windows machine somewhere remotely?

For my studies, I needed specialized software, but I have a macbook and it does not work on it. With a virtual machine is stupid. And there are programs that you install and then it thinks for a long time, considers, renders, analyzes and then the result.

It looks ideal to rent some remote machine so that I connect to it via RDP and put everything there and cut it. Is this practiced? I'm familiar with hosting rent, but I don't even know what it's called here.

@airbor

it's called Windows VPS/VDS hosting so google
https://azure.microsoft.com/
https://ruvds.com/
https://ultravds.com/
https://fastvps.ru/
even taste picking services https ://hosting.cafe/
but if you need a GPU, you need to check it for everyone separately. Azuri definitely has it (the announcement was already on habré a long time ago)
ps well, or google Windows VPS / VDS hosting with GPU
.. the second line of output is https://www.1gb.ru/services_hyper-v_gpu_shared.php

Haven't heard of this.
Unless of course we are talking about desktop versions of Windows.
Unless you rent a server and install it yourself.
If Windows Server suits you, then you can rent a server with an already installed OS and ready to go.
