Is it possible to register a Cyrillic domain in the .info zone?

Actually, according to the nic.ru help, it turns out that non-Latin characters are possible, but nothing is openly said about the Cyrillic alphabet. Also, when trying to register a domain that is reg.ru or nic.ru, they offer any variants of Cyrillic domains in .mobi, .ru, .com and others, but it was not possible to register it anywhere in the .info zone.
Tell me if this is possible, and if possible, through which registrar is it better to do this?

Judging by the fact that "Russian" does not give out when trying to register on .info, but on .com it gives out, there is no such possibility for .info.

And this means that you can register it, but it will be displayed in the browser as - XN--B1AAIBNXVIFR.info

Most TLDs, if they support IDNs, only allow them to be registered in a limited number of languages (alphabets). Cyrillic is not (yet) available for .info.
The list of supported languages is available on the registry's official website - info.info/information/internationalized-domain-names
