Is it possible to recover a dead pixel?

A small dot in the form of a grain appeared on the screen, which is visible on a white background.
After trying to wipe it off, it stayed in place.
I made a screen shot, but for some reason it is not visible on the screen.
I watched all sorts of videos of dubious content and it became interesting, is it really possible to get rid of this problem?

A broken pixel is, in fact, a burned out transistor in the matrix. You can't do anything with him.
It is obvious that it does not get into the screenshot, because the problem is in the display matrix, and not in the video memory.
