Hi all. The question is:
Is it possible to accept payments on paypal, visa and master card without legal entities. registering a business (website)?

If it is impossible to accept payments, then what is the best way to register a site, taking into account the following:
- An English-language site for Europe and the USA with hosting in Europe on .com. Register a business in Russia or Europe?

You don't need to register anything, it's a customer2customer solution, so hang up a button or a form, and that's it. Most payments are made by cards.
Or will your site be the source of income?
