When will Roskomnadzor block the site?

Good day to all!
The site was included in the register of the RKN. It has been hanging in the RKN register for a month now as "Access is not limited".
The site was transferred after being entered into the registry to an abuse hosting and the site is working again.
And how much time should pass before the RKN completely blocks the site? Is there any time set by the RKN? Sooner or later it will happen. It would be desirable to understand when to wait for complete blocking of the domain.
Tell me please.

RKN does not block sites, but only maintains a registry. Providers are responsible for execution. When will it happen? Someday.

In fact, providers will block when the RKN makes the domain unloaded for blocking.
If a stub or 404 code hangs on the old domain, then the actual blocking may never happen and the domain will forever hang with the "Access is not restricted" status.
There are many factors affecting the final result, including which state. the authority initiated the blocking and on what grounds.
In any case, if the domain is entered into the registry, you can forget about it. I know cases when it was decided to block a site with pirated music in court (Mosgorsud), they entered it into the register, and the actual blocking arrived only a year later.
