Is it possible to put a larger disk in Raid10?

There is Synology RS814 + it costs raid10 of 4 disks of 3TB each. But it so happened that one of the disks died and it urgently needs to be changed.
Those disks that are there are not available in the provinces, or they will travel for a very long time. The disk needs to be replaced.
Therefore, the question is: is it possible to install a disk of a different size, but with the same throughput? Will the hot-swap raid fail?
There are backups, of course, but I would not want to break a working system in order to restore it later.
How, in this regard, to replace the disk with minimal cost, and most importantly, which disk?

Well, in theory it should work. But personally, I would not risk it and put a similar disk. You never know.
By the way, I advise you to have spare disks (of the same brand, the same volume).
Well, then decide for yourself. If you want to take a risk, take a risk.
