Replacing a failed hard drive in RAIDZ1 (ZFS). What is the complexity and consequences?

Hello!
Suppose there is a raidz1 of 4 hard drives. One of them is out of order.
1. How is it replaced? Is it enough to pull out the faulty one and put in a new one, and the system itself will adapt to the changes? Or do you need to do some manipulation?
2. Is it possible to continue working with the remaining working disks?
I plan to build a home NAS for backups and DLNA with a torrent downloader. I focus on the Nas4free OS, the ZFS file system, and the disks in raidz1.

It will be necessary to include it in the pool, and, accordingly, do not forget about backups if the data is necessary
