Which NAS to choose for a small office?

Hello.

A small office needs a NAS;
The outsourcing company that served this office made a network drive on a working VM and gave access to users. As far as I understand, this is not a very competent decision and I'm more inclined towards a stand-alone piece of iron.

Input data:
- 17 people (all actively work with files on a network drive)
- data is mostly documents (pdf, word, etc.)
- LDAP support
- RAID 1

I'm more inclined towards a ready-made solution (eg from Synolohgy).
What places should you look for when choosing a NAS with these inputs?

I vote for synology. I really have one at home, they didn’t allocate money in the office)))
for corporate work they have https://www.synology.com/ru-ru/dsm/feature/drive - you can do your own google docs. You can and how easy it is to use a shared folder.

Yes, take some Synology DS218+ .
If the budget allows, then 718, or 918.
