Is it possible to put a clean Win8 on an Asus Aspire laptop without losing the license?

Comrades, the situation is as follows: after an unsuccessful attempt to clone the OS from HDD to SDD, it was superimposed on an update error. As a result, when loading from both disks, it gives either a blue screen or an error during the update.
When I try to restore, it says: "Could not reset the computer, the required disk partition is missing."
I would already try to format it all and install a clean Windows from the Microsoft website, but Acer support strongly recommends contacting the service center: "Creating a suitable boot device from a third-party image will not work, because the activation key is sewn into the BIOS of the laptop and is hard-bound to a digital image of the factory OEM system, which is not distributed on the Internet."
Generally,
PS: when trying to install from a flash drive to an SSD, it says "could not create a new or find an existing partition." Formatting doesn't help.
PSS: Or is the disk structure still easier to restore (I don’t really understand how)?
Thank you all in advance!

Of course.
The key is sewn into the BIOS, the main thing is to download the correct distribution kit, and it will activate itself.
The distribution kit can be taken on the official website
