A ready-made WAMP server with WordPress on board to run the program and use it - where can I find it?

I remember that earlier, at 1C-Bitrix, the trial version was distributed in the form of a program, after installing which the user received a working WAMP server with 1C-Bitrix already installed - without unnecessary gestures.
Can something similar be done with WordPress?
That is, in the end, you need a program for Windows that will run a WAMP server with a WordPress site on board for inexperienced users?
