Windows explorer won't open?

Such is the problem.
Antivirus does not give errors. Explorer through Win + E is launched, through the panel and the command line - no. Writes

If from the command line, then

It is loaded from ordinary programs. When you start the system or reboot explorer - it works.
Help! I can't work properly.

If you are reluctant to delve into the registry with pens, download the AVZ utility, in the main menu there is a "System Restore" item. Check off everything related to Explorer and try to fix it. Don't forget to reboot after fixing.

Virusnyak. Either the registry branch or the explorer itself is infected. It helps cleaning the registry and replacing the explorer files from a healthy system or distribution for LifeCD. Well, kasperych, doctorweb drive.
