Is it possible to power the UPS through the cigarette lighter?

Sometimes I use a 500 watt uninterruptible power supply as a 12V > 220V converter in my car. Every time it became lazy to connect to the battery and sometimes you have to connect it to the wrong car. If you make a plug for the cigarette lighter, will there be enough power from it? How many amps does the cigarette lighter put out? Won't close? Renault Logan.
