Is it possible to output 3D graphics on NES?
Tell me, were there any projects by enthusiasts to create demos or games using "honest" 3D on the NES?

No. That is, yes. But not really. Read to roughly understand what the NES can do.
Okay. What does the NES have? 1.5 megabytes of CPU, yes a couple of kilobytes of RAM. Plus 5 megahertz of a very specific GPU, which can only draw sprites, also having a couple of kilobytes of memory. Given such very limited characteristics, it is not possible to create a real 3D - NES, which is funny, does not even know how to slow down. So the output is kind of isometric, with very weird background scrolling and a very simple scene.
However, perhaps there is an option in order to cheat on the cartridge: there we can add a little more video memory, which we can try to change directly, from the outside, in the cartridge itself. But it's not the NES anymore.
