Is it possible to organize NAT only in case of access to a specific IP?

Good afternoon.

Can you please tell me if there is any solution if I need to do NAT64 or NAT66 only if the client accesses a specific IP on the Internet?

Those. if dst_ip = 199.119.124.47 then send the packet to NAT Send

all other packets without NAT.

I was advised here to work out PBR + NAT, then maybe there are some other alternatives?

Hmm... and whose NAT are we talking about? You can organize something only when there is a way to influence the organizer (or when you are the organizer yourself). Just a third-party uncle will send you.
